We established direct connections with the client's AWS and OCI infrastructure through a secure VPN to facilitate seamless integration. This setup ensured uninterrupted and secure data flow between the client's systems and the INSIA platform.One of the critical aspects of the implementation involved INSIA integrating with existing systems, such as Siebel CRM and Oracle ERP, along with various flat files. We efficiently pulled data from these diverse sources and fed it into a columnar database within the client's infrastructure.

This setup was vital for enabling advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.We set up data transformation pipelines using INSIA's no-code data model. This streamlined the data management process and empowered the client's team members, trained during the setup phase, to manage and manipulate data quickly and efficiently.

A significant achievement of this implementation was the activation of over 250 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the Sales and Service functions. We developed multiple dashboards to bring these KPIs to life and make them actionable. These dashboards gave the client insights and a comprehensive overview of their business operations, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning.
